Rental Process and FAQs
How does the booking process work?
Its easy….. Call 825-975-7433 or send an email (rideswithrepurpose@gmail.com) and book a bike(s) and then confirm your booking with a credit card payment. What are the rental costs?
Minimum 2 hours = C$100.00, 4hours = C$130.00, 8hrs = C$150.00
All bikes must be returned before dusk or no later than 9pm, which ever comes first.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available within 72 hours of your rental. 50% refund up to 48 hrs prior to the day your rental is scheduled.What do I need to Rent a bike?
18 years or olderA valid credit cardDamage deposit of $1500 on the day of the rental. Refunded upon return and no damage found.
What do I do on the day I am renting?
Meet at the predetermined meeting spot 30 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time. From here you will be filling out the required waiver form and bike checklist prior to receiving the bike(s) and heading out to ride. Make sure you have all your gear for your ride.What gear is included and needed?
Helmets are included with the rentals. You will need appropriate clothing for the duration of your ride based on the weather conditions for the day. . Bear spray is always recommended when you are on the trails systems. We don't sell bear spray, but ask and we can point you to where you can purchase bear spray.What else to I need to know before I ride in the Hinton area?
Wildlife can be encountered and it is your responsibility to be prepared. Weather conditions in the foothills of the region can change quickly so be prepared with appropriate clothing, food, and, water for the duration of your ride. Make sure you have a map or GPS with you too. Riding conditions and difficulty of the terrain can vary and change quickly. Know your limits. Trail etiquette dictates that you give the right of way to those that are going uphill, on foot, or walking on a board walk. Always stay off of closed and muddy trails.If you have other questions, please ask!
